Alex co-founded Ferox Capital, an investment management firm focused on global convertible bond strategies.

Andre is formerly the Global Head of Equity Trading at Deutsche Bank. Andre holds numerous investments and board/advisory positions.

Andy is the former Global Sales Director of Diageo, and more recently was CEO of health drinks company Little Miracles. He has extensive experience in both domestic and international sales growth.

Anthony worked at 3i and Citibank before buying into Harvey & Brockless, a cheese and fine food distribution business, in 1982. He built this up over 25 years and sold the company in 2007. Since then, he has made a number of investments and is a member of Lloyds of London.

Bill is the co-founder of SThree plc, a global IT specialist recruitment company.

Brendan is currently Deputy Chair of AIB Group plc and Chair of PEAL Capital Group. He is former Group Managing Director of HSBC.

Brian is a Founding Partner of Cinven, a leading global private equity firm.

Bruce used to run the Lloyds Bank Joint Venture Equity business which focused on all forms of Real Estate funding in the UK and Europe. He has experience in sitting on a wide range of boards and dealing with investment turnarounds.

Bruce is a Founding Partner specialising in corporate law at Dickson Minto. He is Chairman of the Board of Trustees of National Museums Scotland and is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Edinburgh. He was awarded an OBE in 2015 for services to culture in Scotland.

Charlie was Co-Chair of Private Equity at Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and the Senior Partner at Ashurst. He is Chair of The International Stock Exchange Authority, on the Board of The Institute of Cancer Research and a member of Council at Surrey University.

Charlie was formerly a Partner of Candover Partners Limited. He has particular expertise investing in the Financial and Support Services and Leisure sectors.

Chris is a Co-Founder of Exponent Private Equity and is a former Director of 3i plc. Chris has a wealth of investment experience across a number of sectors.

Chris was Senior Partner of Travers Smith LLP and founding partner of its private equity transaction group. He has a particular interest in the professional services and education sectors.

Chris Pinnington is the former Global COO of Havas Worldwide. Since retiring from Havas in 2015, he has been a Non-Executive Director of Heal’s, Vivienne Westwood, Futura Sustainability Communications and Happen.com.

Chris was instrumental in helping develop the European leveraged and high yield finance markets, and became variously EMEA and Global Head of Leveraged Finance and Non-Investment Grade Debt and Investment Banking Origination at institutions including CIBC World Markets, Credit Suisse and BNP Paribas.

Christophe is the founder of Satellite Ice Belgium, a market leader in the ice rink rental industry. Christophe is also the founder and CEO of Event Management Organisation, an organizer of large public events and Christmas Markets.

Craig has broad experience investing across private and public markets. He recently retired from Edinburgh Partners, where he was head of European equities.

David is a former Partner of TDR Capital, prior to which he was Global Head of Financial Sponsors at Merrill Lynch.

David is the Founder and former Chief Executive Officer of Astron. David led the company’s sale to RR Donnelley and has extensive experience in Business Process Outsourcing.

David co-founded Aberforth Partners and since retiring from there has been a Non-Exec on a variety of public and private company boards.

Fiona is General Partner of creative-tech VC firm Edge and Chairman of eFinancialCareers, the global talent platform. Prior to this, she was CEO of start-up incubator Makerversity. Previously, Fiona spent 25 years in the media and entertainment sector, where she was an executive board director of Time Inc.(UK). She played a pivotal role in developing Time Inc.(UK)’s growth strategy and pioneered its digital expansion.

Gavin is President and Chief Revenue Officer of Salesforce, responsible for worldwide sales and distribution of the company’s products and services. He led BT as Chief Executive from 2013 to 2019, prior to which he held senior executive roles at Virgin Media and P&G.

Gilbert is the Chairman of Castle Private Equity. He was formerly the Chairman of the Baring English Growth Fund and prior to that the Managing Director of Hambro European Ventures (subsequently Duke Street Capital).

Matthew has founded, managed and sold technology and biotech companies in Australia, the US and the UK and has deep experience in the information security sector.

Matthew was formerly the CFO of the Royal Mail Group during its recent period as a listed entity on the FTSE 100. Prior to this, he was the CFO of ICAP. He is currently a Non-Executive Director of Barclays plc, Man Group & Capita plc.

Michael founded Elderstreet Investments, now part of Draper Esprit, a Series A Investor. He is also the former Chairman of FTSE 100 companies Sage and Partygaming.

Nazar is a former portfolio manager of Oaktree Capital Management and was a founder member of their London office. Subsequently he has invested in and advised a number of early stage ventures.

Tom is the former COO/CFO of Coalition Development, a leading business intelligence provider. Previous to this, Tom was the Global Chief Operating Officer for JP Morgan’s Fixed Income business.

Trevor Reid is the co-founder of X2 Resources LLP and former CFO of Xstrata plc from 2002 until its acquisition by Glencore in 2013, subsequently serving as Consultant of Glencore Xstrata Plc. Prior to that, Trevor was the Global Head of Resource Banking at the Standard Bank Group.

Zoe had 15 years Executive Director experience with significant retail, consumer and financial services businesses, including the role of Group Marketing Director of The Co-operative Group, HBoS Retail and Boots UK. In the last 16 years she has held a portfolio of Non-Executive Directorships with particular interest in health, technology and retail and is currently a Board member of The Restaurant Group, Dogtooth Technologies and Amicable.
